6. Click on the 'Create New Filter' button and choose whether or not you want to

use a filter and if so, which one. If you do not choose a filter, then all the files

will be backed up. If you do choose a filter, only those files, which match the

filter criterion, for example all Word or Office documents, will be backed up.

7. Check or uncheck the boxes to choose whether you want the files

compressed before the backup and verified after the backup.
