Hardware options installation 32

Install the optical drive.

6. Connect the power cable to the rear of the drive.

7. Connect the optical drive cable to the rear of the optical drive and to the optical drive cable connector

on the system board.

8. Remove the applicable bezel blank from the bezel ("Remove a bezel blank" on page 19).

9. Install the access panel (on page 18).

10. Install the bezel.

11. Power up the server (on page 16).
