ATEX RATED VAC

A user friendly dry vacuum cleaner particularly suitable for the removal of hazardous dusts in areas risk assessed

as Zone 22 D. This unit has a number of special features including a compact fan housing and continuous anti-static

system. The machine is easily mobile with two large back wheels and two castors (electrically conductive).

All steel construction with an epoxy paint nish providing great strength and durability. The three stage inlet ltration

comprises a HepaFlo disposable bag, cloth lter and HEPA cartridge lter. A further HEPA cartridge lter is tted

to the exhaust to prevent containments reaching the atmosphere. Changing the HepaFlo disposable bag is easy

and safe for the operator. Certied as a Class H, Zone 22 D dry vacuum cleaner for use in woodworking and

production workshops, engineering workshops, or any other areas, which meet a Zone 22 D (dust) risk assessment

(“A place in which an explosive atmosphere in the form of a cloud of combustible dust in the air is not likely to occur

in normal operation, but if it does occur, will persist for a short period only”). The ATX 750-2 Certication code is as

follows: Class H, Zone 22, 11 3 D Ex tD A22 IP64 T 100C. The machine is approved to the new ATEX regulations -

Dust class M. The use of a vacuum cleaner of this class is highly recommended where the residual dust creates

a risk of explosion.
