Using the Mailbox/Collator

Enabling Passwords
Follow the instructions below to set passwords.

Power ON the printer.
The printer will complete its self-test and display the
following message at the Control Panel Display:
Online
Ready

Press Online , then Menu and you will see:
Main Menu
Language

Press Down until you see:
Main Menu
Mailbox Menu

Press Enter and the display changes to:
Mailbox Menu
Collator
To set a collator password, continue to Step 5.
To set a bin password, skip to Step 6.

Press Enter and the display changes to:
Collator
Enable Password
Skip to Step 9.

Press Down until you see:
Mailbox Menu
