8.1 Obtaining Support

For support, customers should contact the HP Global Customer Support Center (GCSC).

When calling the GCSC, be sure to have this information:

• Serial number of your equipment

• The initial LCD showing the firmware revision

• The Performance LCD status when the error occurs

• A detailed description of the problem you are having with the equipment

• Your name, telephone number, fax number, and address
