HP Officejet and Photosmart printers and supported driver versions

Customers who wish to use certain HP ink-based AIO printers in Citrix environments may use the associated Deskjet printer

driver as listed in Table 5, which limits product use to printing; all other product features (such as fax, scan, and card reader)

are available on a walk-up basis. HP recommends downloading the basic features or corporate drivers when using mapped

drivers.

AIO and Photosmart products that are leveraged from Lightweight Imaging Device Interface Language (LIDIL)-based Deskjet

devices are not supported. These products include PSC and Officejet products leveraged from the Deskjet 3000 series.
