The following example shows how to enable SIGNAL CONTROL on port 11:
Local> DEFINE PORT 11 SIGNAL CONTROL ENABLED

Normally, you should disable SIGNAL CHECK when MODEM CONTROL or
SIGNAL CONTROL is enabled.
