MAXCONFIGURE Number of times IPXCP sends configure
request without ACK.
MAXFAILURE Number of times IPXCP sends NAK before
rejecting option.
MAXTERMINATE Number of times IPXCP sends terminate
request without ACK.
RESTART Restart a suspended session.
