7. Power up the host system. If possible, ensure that the LEDs are visible when the cover is
replaced.
8. When the system powers back on, check the LED state on the HP PCIe Workload Accelerator.
The LED closest to the PCIe connector on the bottom of the card should be solid green, which
indicates that the drive is ready to be used. If it is not, refer to Figure 1 (page 5) for a
description of the LED codes.
9. Replace the lid or case on the host system.
10. Verify that the host system successfully boots into the operating system. If it does not, see
“Troubleshooting” (page 16).
