changes only the active P-VOL/S-VOLs to suspend state.
P-VOL group status
The result of the pvol_psue takeover is that PSUE and PSUS status is
intermingled within the group. If any volumes are PSUE (or PDUB in the
case of LUSE volumes),
pairvolchk will give them precedence over PSUS
as the returned group status.
