The HP Command View SVSP GUI, the SVSP product, and the VMAs use the ports listed below. If the
VMA is running a firewall, these ports must be open:
Inbound ports
• TCP ports 20, 21, 22, 23, 3260, 4102, 5989 (Rule name: SVSP TCP port)
• TCP ports 8080, 8181, 8443, 9020, 59152, 59153, 59154, 59155, 59156, 59157, 59158,
59159, 59160, 59161, 59162 (Rule name: CVSVSP TCP port)
• UDP port 137 (Rule name: SVSP UDP port)
• UDP port 9000 (Rule name: CVSVSP UDP port)
Outbound ports
• TCP ports 8080, 8181, 8443, 9020, 59152, 59153, 59154, 59155, 59156, 59157, 59158,
59159, 59160, 59161, 59162 (Rule name: CVSVSP TCP port)
• UDP port 9000 (Rule name: CVSVSP UDP port)
To enable Windows Firewall on Windows 2008 through Server Manager:
1. Open Server Manager (Start > Server Manager).
