Coordinate Systems for 3D Vectors
To set the coordinate mode from the MODES application:
1. Press i?R[MODESl.
2. Use the arrow keys to highlight the CCnjRD SVSTEfT: field.
3. Do one of the following:
■ Press CHOOS to display the list of choices, select one, and press
OK
■ Press CD repeatedly until your choice appears in the field. Note
that PoLar means “polar cylindrical” when 3D vectors are
displayed.
4. Press OK to confirm vour choice, or CfiHCL. to cancel it.
To disiige the coorcimats itiocle directly from tie Keyboard:
■ Press fr^fPOLAR 1 to switch between Rectangular mode and Polar
(cylindrical) mode. If Spherical mode had been previously selected
in the MODES application, this keystroke switches between
Rectangular mode and Spherical mode instead.
