NAME
cmu_image_open -- Open an existing backup image for modification.
SYNOPSIS
# /opt/cmu/bin/cmu_image_open <-h | -i imagename>
DESCRIPTION
Open an existing HP Insight CMU backup image for modification.
OPTIONS
-h
show help
-i
specifies the name of the HP Insight CMU backup image to open
EXAMPLES
To open the HP Insight CMU image rh5u5_x86_64:
# /opt/cmu/bin/cmu_image_open -i rh5u5_x86_64
After this command is complete, the subdirectory image_mountpoint in the image directory
contains the expanded image. You can now modify the image (for example, add a file or install
a package). After modifications are complete, you must run cmu_image_commit to commit the
changes.
