64 Volume Management for the XP128/XP1024

As defined in Table 19, VSC does not work with OPEN-L and OPEN-M emulation types. VSC supports

OPEN-3, OPEN-8, OPEN-9, OPEN-E, and OPEN-V emulations.

Table 20 lists specifications and the minimum and maximum volume capacities for mainframe and open

systems.

Table 21 shows specified and actual capacities of various open system custom volume sizes.
