The Authentication Information (Target) list displays user information for host groups that are allowed to

connect to the port or host groups speciﬁed in the tree.

Group Name

Indicates names of the host groups.

User Name

Indicates the user name of the host group. When the user name is not

deﬁned for a host group, this column becomes blank.

Indicates whether to perform authentication for the host. If the host is a

The Authent

ication Information (Host) list displays user information for the port or host group selected

in the tree.

In this list, you can register up to 64 user information items.

Group Name

User Name

Indicates user names of hosts. When the user name is not deﬁned for a

host, this column becomes blank.

Protocol Indicates the protocol used in the user authentication.

• Apply

Applies settings in the window to the storage system.

• Cancel

Cancels settings in the window.
