1. Log into Security Manager, and then select the Devices tab.

Hover on the left navigation pane, and then click the Manage Groups icon ( ).

3. On the Groups section, select a group, and then click the Delete button.

4. On the Conrm Delete window, click Delete to remove the group permanently.

NOTE: You cannot undo a delete action.

Click Cancel to cancel.

Add, remove, or delete a device from a group

1. Log into Security Manager, and then select the Devices tab.

2. On the Devices page, click the check box in the rst column in the “Devices list panel” to select a device.

3. Depending on the device to edit in a group, do one of the following:

To add a device to a dierent group, follow these steps:

a. Click the Add to Group icon located in the Devices toolbar.

b. On the Add to Group window, select a group from the drop-down list and then click Add.

To remove a device from a group, follow these steps:

NOTE: When Remove is selected, the device is removed from the current group, but the device remains in

the All Devices Group.

a. Select a group from the All Devices group drop-down list.

b. Expand the selected group, and then click the check box to select the devices to remove from the

group.

c. Click the Remove from Group icon located in the Devices toolbar.

d. On the Conrm Delete message box, click Delete.

To delete a device from a group, follow these steps:

NOTE: Use Delete to permanently delete the device from Security Manager.

a. Click the Delete icon located in the Devices toolbar.

b. On the Conrm Delete message box, click Delete.

If a license was assigned to the deleted device, the license is returned to the license pool.

CAUTION: If you conrm the deletion, the device and all of its history are permanently removed

from the system.
