Remove the mezzanine connector cover.

5. Align the mezzanine connector on the optional mezzanine card with the mezzanine connector on

the system board.

CAUTION: To prevent damage to the server blade, apply pressure over the mezzanine

connector when installing the mezzanine card. Do not apply pressure to the edges of the

card.

6. Install the mezzanine card. Press down on the connector to seat the card.

7. Install the access panel (on page 16).

8. Install the server blade ("Installing a server blade" on page 26).

9. Power up the server blade (on page 14).
