4. Press the PCI Hot Plug button or use the PCI utility to power down the
PCI Hot Plug slot. Verify the slot’s power state by observing the
flashing green LED until it turns off.

5. Press down on the slot release lever .
6. Allow the latch springs up and open the slot .
7. Remove the expansion slot cover .
