3. Click Remove user/user group. The users or user groups are removed from the list.
4. Click OK. The Security dialog box closes.
CAUTION:
If you remove all users from an entity, the entity cannot be managed until a user is granted permission
to manage the entity.
Working with permission templates
A permission template is a set of users and/or user groups with specified access types. You can copy
a permission template to an object and the users and user groups included in the permission template
receive permission to access the object with the access types specified in the permission template.
When you create a permission template, the default user groups and their associated default permission
types are automatically included in the template. After creating a permission template, you can add
further users and user groups. You can also create new permission templates by exporting permissions
from entities.
You can:
• View the permission templates list
• View permission template information
• Create permission templates
• Copy permissions from permission templates to entities
• Export permissions from entities to new permission templates
• Modify permission templates
• Delete permission templates
Viewing the permission templates list
You can view all the permission templates defined in the domain.
To view the permission templates list:
1. In the navigation tree, expand the Users Management node.
