The switch was previously made
aware of the host, but it can no
longer contact it.
If the steps provided do not
work, see ”Link Between a
Brocade Switch and a Host
Disappears from the Topology”
on page 713.
Verify that the host is on and
the network cables are
connected to it.
Try discovering the element
again in HP SIM, and then run
Discovery Data Collection.
The host appears managed, but
it is not connected to the switch.
There is a problem with
Discovery Data Collection from
the host.
If the steps provided do not

Try Discovery Data Collection
again.
