Calibrating To calibrate the deisotoped spectrum:
1. From the Peaks menu, select Peak Label, and select
the Mass Label Type (peak apex or peak centroid) to
use for calibration. Click OK.
2. From the Process menu, select Mass Calibration and
then select Manual Calibration.
The Manual Calibration dialog box is displayed
(Figure 7-16).

3. Click , then select the VOYAGER.REF calibration
reference file.
4. Enter Reference Matching and Calibration Criteria.
