Problem Description: ADC Test Failure in the Carriage PCA.

Corrective Action: Try the following:

D Make sure that the Trailing Cable is connected

correctly.

D Replace the Trailing Cable ' page 8-36.

D Replace the Carriage Assembly ' page 8-42.

D Replace the Electronics Module ' page 8-6.

Only replace one component at a time and

check if the error has gone before replacing

another component. Using this procedure

you will be able to determine exactly which

component failed.

System Error: 010038

Problem Description: A Printhead voltage could not be set - Main PCA

Failure.
