not specify cause/diagnostic combination to be
used on socket. This is the default. If available,
application-specified cause/diagnostic
combination is used. This is not an error
condition.

connection crashed. Diagnostic, along with a
cause code of 0, is used regardless of setting of
cause/diagnostic combination. Related to
