8. Review the settings selected. If you did not choose to schedule this conguration, go to step 10.
9. Click Create Schedule. The Results page is displayed.

At this point, the schedule has been created but the devices have not yet been congured. You may want to
run the conguration once to make sure there are no problems, such as devices needing credentials in
order to be congured. This will increase the chances of the scheduled conguration completing
successfully. If you do not want to run the conguration now, uncheck the option Run conguration now
(recommended) and click Done to display the Conguration page. Otherwise, you will be taken to a second
Conguration page.
10. Click Congure Devices. The Results page is displayed. To see details of the conguration, click Details.
Then click Close.

Click Done to display the Conguration page.
View the Conguration History
When HP Web Jetadmin congures a device, information about the device, settings congured, and results is
stored in the conguration history. The conguration history can be exported to a comma-separated values
(CSV) le.
View the conguration history
1. In the Device Management navigation pane, expand Conguration, and then select History.
NOTE: For more information about how to display complex data on the Conguration History pane, see
Complex Data in the Conrm, Results, and Conguration History Pages on page 171.
2. On the Conguration History pane, select one of the following options from the Group By list:
●
None—Displays the conguration history as a simple list. To sort the list by a column, click the
column heading.
●
Task—Groups the conguration history by the task.
●
Device—Groups the conguration history by the device model.
●
Initiator—Groups the conguration history by the user who initiated the device conguration.
●
Start time—Groups the conguration history by the date and time that the device conguration
started.
●
Device result—Groups the conguration history by the results of the device conguration.
●
Task result—Groups the conguration history by the results of the task.
