By default, all available printers are selected and marked with . Deselect printers you don’t want and click the

Add button.

As an alternative to choosing Detect and using the automatic discovery mode, you could choose Manual from the

same menu illustrated above, in which case you will see the following screen:

Enter the name you would like to assign to the printer and its IP address/hostname, below is an illustration:

A spinner icon appears while HP SmartTracker searches for the printer. Once the printer is found, the Add

button is enabled.
