Enter the group name.

Click the Create button.

Next, select the printers you want to add and drag-and-drop them into the group.

Click the Done button.

NOTE: Accounting is activated once you click the Done button. You must click the Done button to link printers

so that their data appear in the reports.

Editing a group of printers

Hover over a particular group of printers to edit it. A and a icon appear.
