Enter the email address and port in the corresponding elds. Select the attachment size from the drop-down list.

You can also enable the use of SSL certicates and authentication by marking the checkboxes. Once you have

entered all the data, click the Apply button to return to the Preferences screen.

TIP: You may want to copy these email conguration parameter values that you need here from the printer’s

web server. They are exactly the same parameter values in both congurations.

To set the HP SmartTracker server address and port, click the Congure button. Enter the same server address

and port number as you used during the installation of the application, by default the port number is 7087. Next,

click the icon to validate the data.

Once you have entered all the necessary data, click the Save button.

Next, click the Permissions tab to be able to assign permissions to Administrators and Bookeepers. At this point

there is a minimum requirement to congure at least one Administrator.
